| 17. An apparatus attachable to an automobile for dispensing printed matter, the apparatus comprising:
a tube body having at least one open end and adapted to receive the printed matter;
at least one bracket affixed to the tube body, the bracket including a hook configured to fit over the top of an automobile
window such that the apparatus is securable to the automobile by rolling up the window wherein the hook is J-shaped.
