| 10. A three-wheeled scooter, comprising:
a chassis having forward and aft portions and defining a longitudinal axis;
a foot support disposed at the aft portion for supporting the rider standing in the upright position;
a front wheel non-pivotally mounted to the forward portion;
a pair of rear wheels being yawable relative to the longitudinal axis between a neutral position and a yawed position;
a pair of spindles, each one of the spindles is independently and pivotally mounted to the aft portion;
a pair of axles, each axle attached to a corresponding one of the pair of spindles and configured to pivotally mount a corresponding
one of the rear wheels to the aft portion;
a linkage being configured to mechanically synchronize yawing of the rear wheels;
wherein steering of the scooter is effectuated by angular yawing of the rear wheels relative to the longitudinal axis.
