| 1. A power unit for a motorcycle, the power unit comprising a case defining a clutch chamber, the case comprising an underside,
a plurality of bosses extending downward from the underside of the case, a centrifugal clutch positioned within the clutch
chamber and the plurality of bosses being positioned generally below the centrifugal clutch, a first foot rest being positioned
to a first lateral side of the case and a second foot rest being position to a second lateral side of the case, the power
unit further comprising a second speed changing shaft, the second speed changing shaft being indirectly connected to the centrifugal
clutch, a drive sprocket mounted to said second speed changing shaft, a support member disposed generally vertically below
the case and positioned such that the support member and the drive sprocket overlap when viewed from above, the support member
being connected to the first and second foot rests and being coupled to the plurality of bosses.
