| 1. In a graphical modeling environment, a computer-implemented method of modifying a modeled system using a graphical representation
of a behavior of the modeled system, the method comprising:
providing in a computer, the graphical representation of the behavior of the modeled system, the modeled system having at
least one parameter that at least in part determines the behavior of the modeled system;
selecting, using the computer, at least one bound for the graphical representation of the behavior of the modeled system;
computing, using the computer, a deviation of the graphical representation of the behavior from the bound, wherein the deviation
is selected from a group comprising vertical, horizontal, and proximity measures; and
modifying the at least one parameter of the modeled system based on the deviation of the graphical representation of the behavior
of the modeled system.
