| 1. An image heating apparatus comprising:
magnetic flux generation means for generating magnetic flux;
a rotatable belt member having an electroconductive layer for generating heat by magnetic flux from said magnetic flux generation
means, said belt member heating an image on a recording material;
a metal roller, comprising an insulating layer at its surface, for supporting said belt member; and
an insulating regulating member, provided to an end portion of said metal roller, for regulating movement of said belt member
in an axial direction of said metal roller,
wherein the insulating layer of said metal roller extends to an end surface of said metal roller and is disposed between a
metal portion of said metal roller and said insulating regulating member at the end surface of said metal roller.
