| 1. An actuator assembly, comprising:
an inner annular magnet structure polarized radially;
an outer annular magnet structure polarized radially;
a coil positioned between the inner and outer magnet structures,
wherein a flux field formed between upper portions of the magnet structures is oriented in an opposite direction as a flux
field formed between lower portions of the magnet structures.
