| 1. An antiglare light diffusing member comprising:
a transparent base material;
an antiglare light diffusing layer including a binder matrix and a particle over the transparent base material;
wherein an arithmetic average roughness Ra1 (λc: 0.008 mm) of the antiglare light diffusing layer on the basis of JIS-B0601-1994 is less than 0.008 μm, Ra2 (λc: 0.8 mm) of the antiglare light diffusing layer on the basis of JIS-B0601-1994 is 0.1-0.5 μm and an internal haze of
the antiglare light diffusing layer is 1-7%.
wherein plural kinds of the particles are included in the binder matrix,
wherein the plural kinds of the particles are a particle (B) and a particle (C),
wherein difference between a refractive index of the particle (B) and a refractive index of the binder matrix is less than
or equal to 0.02 and an average particle diameter (hb) of the particle (B) is bigger than an average film thickness (H) of the antiglare light diffusing layer,
and wherein difference between a refractive index of the particle (C) and a refractive index of the binder matrix is 0.03-0.20
and an average particle diameter (hc) of the particle (C) is smaller than 0.9 times of an average film thickness (H) of the antiglare light diffusing layer.
