| 1. A system, comprising:
a floating-gate transistor;
a quantizing circuit coupled to the floating-gate transistor; and
a controller configured to vary at least one of a voltage applied to a gate of the floating-gate transistor and a voltage
between a source and a drain of the floating-gate transistor when reading data from the floating-gate transistor.
