1. Isolated nucleic acid encoding a humanized antibody which binds ErbB2 and blocks ligand activation of an ErbB receptor, wherein the humanized antibody comprises the variable heavy (VH) domain amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4 and a variable light (VL) domain.
