| 5. A fixing roll comprising a roll shaft, at least one silicone rubber layer surrounding the outer periphery of the shaft,
and a fluororesin or fluororubber layer surrounding the silicone rubber layer, the silicone rubber layer being formed by curing
a highly heat conductive silicone rubber composition comprising
(A) 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon-bonded alkenyl radicals in a molecule,
(B) 20 to 500 parts by weight of a metallic silicon powder having an average particle size of up to 100 μm, and
(C) a sufficient amount for component (A) to cure of a curing agent.
