| 1. A high frictional sliding member comprising:
a substrate; and
an amorphous hard carbon film formed integrally on a surface of the substrate, having a surface, for sliding under wet conditions,
including at least either one of Si and N in an amount of from 1 to 50 atomic %, and having a sliding coefficient of friction
in oil greater than 0.10,
wherein a surface roughness of said sliding surface is from 0.3 to 10 μm Rz.
