9. An air treatment system comprising:
a housing;
a particulate filter;
a filter frame supporting said particulate filter, said filter frame including a plurality of connectors formed integrally with said frame, said connectors being removably attached to said housing;
a blower mounted on said housing;
an air flow passage defined in said housing, said air flow passage including a blower inlet and a blower outlet, said blower and said particular filter positioned in said air flow passage, said blower operable to draw air into said blower inlet, though said particulate filter and force air out said blower outlet;
a particulate sensor mounted to said housing, said sensor capable of sensing a characteristic of ambient air;
a sensor flow passage defined in said housing separate from said air flow passage, said sensor flow passage including a sensor inlet and a sensor outlet, said particulate sensor positioned within said sensor flow passage, said sensor outlet positioned within the flow path of the air forced out of said blower outlet, whereby said air forced out of said blower outlet flows over said sensor outlet to draw air through said sensor air passage. -
