| 1. In a toilet bowl or urinal the combination comprising:
a target means to attract the attention of urinating human males to be permanently manufactured into the toilet or urinal;
said target means being sprayed onto the porcelain during manufacturing after the clay is fired and prior to the final firing;
and said target not being exposed to the outside of the toilet or urinal finished glazing.
