| 1. A micro-actuator comprising:
a support base having two actuator side arms and a rotatable bottom plate positioned between the actuator side arms, wherein
each of the two actuator side arms has a back-turned extension on one end thereof for fixing and supporting a slider between
the two actuator side arms and the two back-turned extensions extend towards each other from opposite ends of the two actuator
side arms;
a pair of connection elements that respectively connect the rotatable bottom plate to the two actuator side arms from ends
thereof opposite to the respective back-turned extensions;
at least one PZT element bonded to the actuator side arms in its length and the back-turned extension, wherein the PZT element
and the back-turned extension are disposed on the opposite sides of each of the two actuator side arms;
wherein the rotatable plate rotates in a first direction when the at least one PZT element expands, and a second direction
when the at least one PZT element contracts.
