| 1. An ink jet print head substrate comprising:
an ejection energy generation means to generate an ink ejection energy;
a fuse element capable of being blown by passing an electric current therethrough; and
a first and second layer overlying and underlying the fuse element;
wherein at least one of the first and second layer is formed of a first low-melting point material having a lower melting
point than that of the fuse element, the first low-melting point material forming a cavity therein by heat produced when the
fuse element is blown.
