1. A carbonic water production apparatus which is equipped with a membrane-type carbonic acid gas dissolving apparatus, and further comprising an automatic water extraction means for automatically discharging out a drain water accumulated in the membrane-type carbonic acid gas dissolving apparatus, a magnetic valve in operative connection with said automatic water extraction means and said drain to permit periodic discharge from said drain, said automatic water extraction means automatically and periodically opening said magnetic valve to discharge the accumulated water out the drain; a water storage tank, wherein carbonic water produced by the carbonic water production apparatus is stored in the water storage tank; and a water conveying pump for feeding the carbonic water stored in the water storage tank to a plurality of use points.
