| 1. A method, comprising:
receiving an estimate of L1 iono delay and L1 iono delay rate;
receiving GEO slant ionospheric delay for a GEO satellite;
receiving user iono vertical error (UIVE) information for the GEO satellite that reflects accuracy of the GEO slant ionospheric
delay; and
computing a L1/L5 bias estimate from the estimate of L1 iono delay and L1 iono delay rate and GEO slant ionospheric delay
as
−(1 −(L1 frequencŷ2/L5 frequencŷ2))* (GEO slant iono delay−estimated L1 iono delay−estimated L1 iono delay rate )/2.
