| 1. A voltage detecting device comprising:
a strip; and
a membrane spaced apart from the strip at an interval,
wherein whether or not input voltage is higher than a threshold voltage is determined by detecting whether or not the strip
is contacted with the membrane according to voltage applied between the strip and the membrane.
