| 1. An isolated nucleic acid comprising:
(a) a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 2; or
(b) a nucleotide sequence having at least 80% sequence identity to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:2, wherein the nucleotide
sequence having at least 80% sequence identity encodes a myc-like regulatory protein.
