1. A polycarbonate comprising repeating structural carbonate units of the formula (H-1):
![]() in which Rh is a radical having the formula (H-2):
![]() wherein each of R11, R12, R13, R14, R15, R16, R17, R18, R19, R20, R21, R22, R23, R24, R25, R26, R27, and R28 is independently a hydrogen, a C1-C6 alkyl group, or a halogen substituted C1-C6 alkyl group; and further comprising repeating structural carbonate units of the formula (A-4):
![]() wherein the polycarbonate has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of from about 15,000 to about 100,000.
