1. A fluid bearing device comprising a shaft and a sleeve arranged on an outer periphery of the shaft with a microscopic gap therebetween, and having an operating fluid filled in between the shaft and the sleeve, wherein
the shaft is formed by a sintered body and a radial dynamic pressure generating groove is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft by press working, and
the sleeve is formed by a material not allowing the operating fluid to pass therethrough,
wherein the radial dynamic pressure generating groove generates an even pressure from an outer periphery of the shaft radially toward an inside of the shaft.
