| 1. A method comprising:
positioning a tissue sample within a cutting region of a first portion of a chuck, wherein the chuck further comprises a second
portion coupled to the first portion and the first portion is rotatable about a first axis of the cutting region and the second
portion is rotatable about a second axis of the cutting region;
rotating at least one of the first portion about the first axis and the second portion about the second axis; and
storing a position corresponding to at least one of the first portion and the second portion in a controller memory associated
with the chuck.
