Guard for use with a conveyor structure where the conveyor structure comprises a number of articulately jointed conveying elements such that the conveying elements provide a conveying plane for conveying objects, where each conveying element has at least one free end extending away from the articulate joint, and where a guard is provided between the extremities of the free ends of the conveying elements and below the conveying plane.
