OG Complex Work Unit Drawing
in which each of R1, R2 and R3, independently of one another, represents a hydrogen atom or, independently in each molecule, an hydroxyalkyl or an hydroxyalkenyl group, each group containing 10 to 22 carbon atoms, with the proviso that each of two of the substituents, R1, R2 and R3, represents a hydrogen atom;
b) 20 to 40%, by weight, of a compound corresponding to formula (II), where each of at least two of the three substituents, R1, R2 and R3, is, independently, an hydroxyalkyl or an hydroxyalkenyl group, or mixtures thereof;
c) 0 to 10%, by weight, of a compound corresponding to formula (II), where each of the substituents, R1, R2 and R3, is, independently, an hydroxyalkyl or an hydroxyalkenyl group, or mixtures thereof;
d) 0 to 20%, by weight, of glycerol; and
e) 0 to 10%, by weight, of oligoglycerols,
with the proviso that the quantities of components a) to e) add up to 100%.
