1. A switched-mode power supply comprising:
a primary side, a secondary side and a transformer between said primary side and secondary side,
an output on the secondary side for delivering an output voltage and an output current to a load,
an output voltage control circuit adapted to keep the output voltage at a first level, corresponding to a first output current value,
a circuit element adapted to integrate over time a voltage obtained from the transformer and to produce a signal indicative of the integrated voltage, corresponding to a second output current value smaller than said first output current value, and
an output voltage modifier adapted to respond to said signal by changing the output voltage from said first level to a second level.
