| 1. A tactile presenting device comprising:
a panel presenting a tactile sensation; and
a control unit that vibrates the panel in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the panel by magnetic force, the control
unit vibrating the panel at a frequency lower than 50 Hz, the control unit comprising:
coils wound along four sides of the panel so that current flows in opposite directions in each of the sides, and
magnetic units arranged along the four sides of the panel, each of the magnetic units having a magnet and a yoke.
