1. Method for producing a self-supporting flexible film or a flexible film that is placed on a substrate,
comprising a heterogeneous mixture of
(1.) a matrix (A) containing at least one fluorinated hydrocarbon polymer and a plasticizer, the plasticizer being a carbonate compound; and
(2.) an electrochemically activatable inorganic material in the form of a solid substance (B), said material not being soluble in said matrix and said electrochemically activatable material (B) being a lithium ion containing electrode or electrolyte material,
with the proviso that an ion conductor that is soluble in the plasticizer and that is different from (B) is not present in the mixture, wherein the plasticizer is present in a quantity of up to about 5% by weight, relative to the quantity of the electrochemically activatable material,
characterized in that a paste-like mass, comprising
a heterogeneous mixture of the matrix (A) containing a polymer as defined in (1.) above, a precursor thereof or a prepolymer thereof, and a plasticizer as defined in (1.) above, and an electrochemically activatable inorganic material in the form of a solid substance (B) as defined in (2.) above
is applied on a base to have layer form, and the layer thus obtained is dried so that the plasticizer remains in the film.
