| 1. A coated abrasive article comprising:
a substrate; and
a patterned set of abrasive structures, each abrasive structure of the patterned set of abrasive structures comprising abrasive
grains dispersed in binder, each abrasive structure of the patterned set of abrasive structures having an engineered cleavage
plane extending within the binder, the each abrasive structure to fissure along the engineered cleavage plane during use.
