| 1. A shoe comprising:
a sole,
a bladder located inside the sole,
a pressure alert system for detecting the air pressure of the bladder,
the air pressure alert system comprises an air transmission device,
the air transmission device comprising a metal nut, a steel coil, and an accordion shaped flexible plastic or rubber tube
all contained within a cylinder tube, which receives pressure from the air bladder connected on the front end of the tube
and transmits the pressure to an air capillary device connected on the back end located at the rear of the shoe.
