1. A method for determining cholesterol subclasses and the concentration of apolipoprotein B100 in a sample in a single test, comprising:
performing a cholesterol subclass measurement test on a sample by separating the sample into cholesterol subclasses wherein the concentration of at least two or more cholesterol subclasses are measured; and
directly calculating, based on the measured concentration of the at least two or more subclasses of cholesterol from the cholesterol subclass measurement test, the concentration of apolipoprotein B100 in the sample.
