| 1. A method of immobilizing malate dehydrogenase on a substrate, the method comprising:
placing a mixed solution on a substrate, the mixed solution being obtained by adding at least one selected from malic acid
and malate to a glycerol that contains malate dehydrogenase; and
drying the mixed solution to immobilize the malate dehydrogenase on the substrate.
