| 1. Flow chamber made of plastics as a sample carrier for light-optical examinations, comprising:
a base plate having at least one channel formed therein, wherein the channel includes first and second inlet/outlet openings;
and
first and second liquid reservoirs in fluid communication with the at least one channel via the respective first and second
inlet/outlet openings such that a fluid communicating system is arranged between the first and second liquid reservoirs;
wherein the first and second liquid reservoirs are arranged on a first surface of the base plate over the respective first
and second inlet/outlet openings and the at least one channel is formed in a second surface of the base plate opposite the
first surface; and
wherein the at least one channel includes a recess formed in the second surface of the base plate, and a foil disposed on
at least a portion of the second surface of the base plate and covering the recess.
