| 1. A piezoelectric member element including an upper electrode, a piezoelectric member constituted by a piezoelectric and/or
electrostrictive material and a lower electrode,
wherein said piezoelectric member is a complex oxide constituted by the general formula ABO3 and is formed on said lower electrode as a thin film having a thickness of 1 to 10 μm, and wherein said piezoelectric member
has a twin crystal.
