| 1. A microlens array comprising
a plurality of microlenses;
a plurality of detectors, wherein each detector is associated with a microlens;
means for applying a single vibration signal to the plurality of microlenses to cause vibration of a focal point of a particular
microlens; and
means for detecting the vibrating focal point by using a detector not associated with the particular microlens.
