| 1. A splitter module comprising:
a fiber optic splitter;
a splitter housing in which the fiber optic splitter is located;
a first plurality of splitter output cables that extend outwardly from the splitter housing at an exit location, each of splitter
output cables of the first plurality of splitter output cables including a single optical fiber contained within a covering,
each of splitter output cables of the first plurality of splitter output cables being terminated by a single fiber optic connector;
and
a first exit member projecting outwardly from the splitter housing at the exit location, the first exit member defining a
passage through which the first plurality of splitter output cables extend, the passage defining a transverse cross-sectional
area at a first location along a length of the passage, and the first plurality of splitter output cables occupying at least
a majority of the transverse cross-sectional area of the passage at the first location.
