| 1. An organic electrolytic solution comprising a lithium salt; a mixture of organic solvents with high permittivity and a
low boiling point; and a cyclic organic compound having a ring structure of 6 units or more and having at least an oxycarbonyl
group,
wherein the cyclic organic compound is [1,3,5,7] tetroxonane-8,9-dione, and
wherein the amount of the cyclic organic compound is in the range of 0.25-1% by weight based on the total weight of the organic
solvent mixture.
