1. A method for treating tumors, which comprises administering to a patient in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of D-amino acid oxidase which is chemically conjugated with a polymer, and then 6 to 100 hours thereafter administering D-amino acid which is a substrate for the D-amino acid oxidase.
