| 1. A pressure regulating vial adaptor comprising:
a piercing member configured to be inserted through a cap of a vial, the piercing member comprising a tip and a sheath having
an opening therein; and
a balloon at least partially housed within the sheath, wherein at least a portion of the balloon is configured to expand outside
of the sheath, when fluid is withdrawn from the vial through the opening, and the balloon is configured to cause the tip to
separate from the sheath.
