| 1. A calibration weight arrangement for an electronic balance having a force-transmitting device, the calibration weight arrangement
comprising:
a calibration weight;
a knee joint linkage, positioned below the calibration weight, with a central pivot point for selectively decoupling the calibration
weight from the force-transmitting device in an straightened position and coupling the calibration weight thereto in a buckled
position;
a resetting element arranged to urge the knee joint linkage into the decoupled, straightened position; and
a drive source, selectively acting on the central pivot point to urge the knee joint linkage to the buckled position.
