1 Claim

1. A method for reducing the immunogenicity of Factor VIII comprising the steps of forming a complex of Factor VIII with a binding agent, wherein the binding agent is O-Phospho-L-Serine (OPLS), wherein the immunogenicity of Factor VIII upon administration to an individual is reduced when complexed with the binding agent.
