| 1. A quality of service (QoS) setup method, comprising:
recognizing a first QoS setup request, at a mobile node, the first QoS setup request relating to an opposite correspondent
node and a first route between the opposite correspondent node and a home address of the mobile node,
making a second QoS setup request, from the mobile node, for a second route between the home address and a Care-of Address
of the mobile node, and
establishing the second QoS setup for the second route.
