| 1. A luminescent panel comprising:
a transparent substrate;
a first transparent electrode provided on the transparent substrate;
a luminescent layer provided on the first transparent electrode;
a second transparent electrode provided on the luminescent layer, the first transparent electrode, the luminescent layer and
the second transparent electrode defining at least one pixel; and
a reflecting film which reflects light emitted from the luminescent layer through the second transparent electrode, such that
the reflected light is outwardly emitted from the transparent substrate;
wherein an inner surface of the reflecting film defines a space, and the reflecting film has a shape such that the reflecting
film controls a direction of the reflected light to condense the reflected light; and
wherein the space is filled with an inert gas.
