1. An isolated polypeptide, wherein said polypeptide consists of an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 20 and 25, or comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 15, wherein said polypeptide has the biological function of modulation of iron transport across a cell membrane of a cell that transports iron.
