| 1. A method for detecting at least one ligand associated with multiple sclerosis, in a biological sample, comprising:
a. contacting the biological sample with at least one peptide selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 17 and 63-65,
wherein a complex between said peptide and said ligand is formed; and
b. detecting the formed complex.
