| 1. A separator for a fuel cell comprising an electrically conductive portion comprising an electrode surface portion, and
an insulating portion which surrounds the electrically conductive portion, wherein
in the insulating portion, there is provided an inside to outside junction terminal which extends from an inner circumferential
side to an outer perimeter side of the insulating portion so that at least a portion of an inner circumferential side end
portion of the inside to outside junction terminal contacts and extends along an outer surface of the insulating portion and
is located between the insulating portion and an electrode that contact the electrode surface portion of the electrically
conductive portion.
