| 7. A climate-controlled cabinet comprising
a climate-controlled chamber for receiving a storage system,
a carrier arranged in said chamber,
at least one storage tower arranged in said chamber and mounted to said carrier, said storage tower comprising a plurality
of locations for objects to be stored, and
a transport device for automatically transporting objects between said storage tower and an external system,
wherein said carrier is mounted on a base plate and is movable in respect to said chamber,
wherein said carrier is movably arranged on said base plate, and
wherein said base plate has substantially U-shape or L-shape having at least one leg parallel to a lateral wall of said cabinet
and a base parallel to a further wall of said cabinet.
