| 1. A micro lens array, comprising:
a lens substrate;
a first toroidal lens surface formed on one principal surface of the lens substrate, a radius of curvature R11 in a first direction being smaller than a radius of curvature R12 in a second direction crossing with the first direction at a right angle; and
a second toroidal lens surface formed on another principal surface of the lens substrate, a radius of curvature R21 in the first direction being smaller than a radius of curvature R22 in the second direction, and
wherein a beam waist of an optical beam irradiating from the first lens surface and emitted from the second lens surface is
formed in the lens substrate in the first direction, and the optical beam is collimated in the second direction.
