| 1. An image processing method of processing image data comprising:
inputting image data comprising a plurality of pixels;
carrying out a plurality of predetermined statistical operations based on the image data of each pixel, thereby obtaining
statistical results;
evaluating the image data based on the statistical results;
applying a plurality of evaluation criteria to the image data, thereby obtaining a plurality of evaluation results;
applying weighting to each evaluation result;
adding up the weighted evaluation results; and
obtaining a single evaluation result for the image,
wherein the statistical result is obtained based on sample data obtained by applying a predetermined sampling technique to
the image data, the evaluation results are obtained individually by applying a plurality of different sampling techniques,
and the single evaluation result is obtained by combining each of the statistical results with predetermined weighting.
