| 1. An inkjet head having an electrostatic actuator, comprising:
one or more stators, on which a plurality of first protrusion parts are formed in a comb pattern shape;
one or more rotors facing the first protrusion parts, which mesh with the first protrusion parts without contact; and
a diaphragm joined to an end of the rotors, wherein
the rotor is the shape of an enclosure which houses the stator in its interior.
