1. A golf ball comprising:
a core comprising:
an inner core having an outer diameter of from about 1.25 inches to about 1.55 inches and a compression of less than about 55, wherein the inner core comprises at least about 70% of the total volume of the core; and
an outer core encasing the inner core, the outer core having a Shore C hardness of at least 80, a compression of from 60 to 100, and comprising a rubber material, a cross-linking agent, at least one filler, and an organic peroxide; and
a cover comprising an inner cover and an outer cover.
